An exclusive gender is any gender identity that has a certain prerequisite, often unrelated to gender, that and is required before being allowed to use that identity. Examples include being from a certain culture, being disabled, being neurodivergent, being intersex, etc. These genders may be exclusive because:
1) Some genders have spiritual/religious meanings and shouldn't be used by people of a different faith.
2) Using culturally exclusive genders without meeting the requirements is appropriation.
3) Some genders (such as neurogenders) can't be used by neurotypical people because they do not have the experiences required to be that gender.
4) Some genders (such as kingenders) can't be used by people who are not otherkin.
5) Some genders are specific to intersex people, altersex people, or are specific to someone with a system-related sex.
6) Some genders are specific to certain romantic or sexual orientation, such as orientationgenders.
Miscellaneous Cultural genders
Antibinary: a gender that is the opposite of the western binary, exclusive to BIPOC.
Argr: a third gender similar to non-binary in Scandinavian culture, specific to AMAB people.
Bissu: a third gender similar to non-binary in the Bugis culture of southern Indonesia.
Fakaleitī: an AMAB person who is feminine and presents femininely in Tongan culture.
Hijra: a third gender in India that is typically feminine. It is not male or female, but rather seperate from them both.
Indigender: any gender that is tied to ones culture or race due to being indigenous.
Māhū: a third gender in Native Hawaiian culture that is considered to be inbetween male and female.
Meti: a third gender in Napali culture. They are AMAB people who present femininely.
Muxe: a third gender in Oaxaca Mexico, based around AMAB people who preform feminine acts, while still being referred to with masculine-associated pronouns.
Natiogender and Nial: when ones gender is effected by being part of a particular ethnic group, nation or state.
Saptransviade: a gaybian transgender person in Portuguese.
Sekrata: an AMAB person who presents femininely in Madagascar's culture.
Travestigenere: a Brazilian third-gender for being transsex, transgender and travesti.
Two Spirit: a third gender in Indigenous North Americans culture that has mixed gender roles.
Yinyang Ren: a third gender in China, seen as the perfect balance of male and female or "perfect androgyny."

Androgynos: an androgynous-like gender in Jewish culture.
Ay'lonit: an AFAB person who develops masculine traits and identifies masculinely in Jewish culture.
Saris: an AMAB person who develops feminine traits and identifies femininely in Jewish culture.
Tumtum: a gender in Jewish culture that is "hidden, indeterminate, obscured, or private."
A-migdari: an umbrella term for Non-Binary Jews who feel their gender/ lack of gender intertwines with their Judaism.

Neutroix: A gender that feels completely neutral as a result of being intersex. Similar to neutrois but for use by intersex people only.
Rebis: A gender that transcends the false idea of sex and gender as binaries.
Resbis: An intersex person who feels regularly conflicted by and is trying to reconcile with their gender identity. Or a person who feels they have in the past struggled with their gender identity, but who has now reached a state of harmony with their gender.
Vacagender or Intergenderless: A genderless feeling that is caused or influenced by being intersex.
Acegender: a gender that is specifically tied to being asexual or ace-spec.
Arogender: a gender that is specifically tied to being aromantic.
Aroacegender: a gender that is specifically tied to being aroace.
Achilleangender: a gender that is specifically tied to being achillean.
Lesbiangender: a gender that is specifically tied to being lesbian.
Sapphicgender: a gender that is specifically tied to being sapphic.
Vinciangender: a gender that is specifcally tied to being vincian.

Littlefluid: a gender that changes from age regression.
Utrinquegender: when one experiences both transgender and cisgender experiences. This could be due to having a system or being intersex.
