I’m currently coming to terms with being demiplural/an empty system. I didn’t have the terminology to explain/understand it back when we were properly plural. I only ever had one headmate, a protector called Mal who I loved very dearly and miss every day of my life since she went dormant six years ago. I’m autistic, I have BPD, and I also suspect that I might have ADHD. I age regress involuntarily due to trauma.<br /> |

Due to Mal being mostly dormant I have no idea how she feels about these terms, but I’m finding it helpful to collect terms that apply to her. Back when she was active and I asked her about human things like gender and sexuality she’d always say she was ‘just malachite’. She always told me that she didn’t have a ‘form’ per se as she is an introject of the gemstone malachite itself, but she always said that I could imagine her as a person/animal etc. if I found it useful, so by that logic I think she’d be okay with me doing this. |
