Omni gay is someone who uses both labels gay and omni.

Some reasons why someone might use both of these labels are:

split attraction model/being varioriented (example: an omniromantic homosexual, or an omnisexual homoromantic).
experiencing a fluid orientation (example: an abrosexual that is fluid between being polysexual and homosexual/simulsexual).
experiencing both orientations simultaneously (example: duosexual).
having a preference for individuals of the same gender and prioritizing ones attraction to them.
using gay as an umbrella label while being omni.
being part of a system (such as in pluric attraction modal).
a gay individual who is attracted to multiple, but not all, genders.
an homoflexible omni.

The general omni gay flag was designed by Tumblr user bi-lesbian on January 26, 2021.^[1]

Another omni gay flag was designed by Tumblr user neopronouns on July 9, 2020.^[2]
