The term Nuvogender (Nuvo) was coined by tumblr user nonbiarrow on 03/07/2021, as well as its flag.
"I felt like my gender experience involved my neutrality fading or evaporating into agenrine genders like gendernull. I didn’t want to use libraneutral or neutagender as I don’t think I’m agender."

The black respresents the genderless/agenrine state as the person’s gender has faded away, the fading greens show gender neutrality evaporating up into the sky and then coming back up through the ground like in the water cycle.
