Mevogender, or mevo for short, is a gender where an androgyne person whose androgyny fades in and out to the point of being in a genderless/agenrine state, like in the water cycle. Also known as 'evangi', it is also sub label of evagender, and a category of the sub label evongender (evon).
The gender neutral equivalent is nuvogender (nuvo).
History
The term was coined by Tumblr user nonbiarrow on July 3, 2021. The flag was created on the same day.[1]

The black respresents the genderless/agenrine state as the person’s gender has faded away, the fading purples show the androgyny evaporating up into the sky and then coming back up through the ground like in the water cycle.[1] An alternate flag was created by CandySkyez on January 18th, 2022. The gradient represents the cycle of androgyny and genderlessness, with the purple representing androgyny and the grey representing genderlessness.
