Mexangender

Mexangender is a subset of melangender. Mexangender is a subset of multigender. Mexangender can have multiple definitions, one may identify with all of these definitions, or a multitude of them:

One who feels like mexangender may feel as if they have a prominent gender that is on the xiaspec.

They may feel like when they do things that society deems as ’xenic’ to do that their gender is being affected by this: this could range from certain hobbies, to activities or anything else.
They could also feel as if some of their multiple yet static genders are ‘blurred’ or ‘blurry’ in a sense or even mashed together. However, there is still a distinction between some of their labels and this distinction is always xiaspec.
One may feel like their multiple gender labels have been ‘squashed’ together but are still able to distinguish their multiple labels, which is one again somewhere on the xiaspec.

History

Mexangender was coined on the 5th of May 2021 by Reddit user u/hiitsyaz. The name for mexangender has the same origin of melangender; however, the ‘l’ in melan- has been altered to a ‘x’ to show that this is a xenic aligned gender.

Flag

The flag was made on 12th of May 2021 by Reddit user u/hiitsyaz. The flag is a mixture of the colours within the flags for the terms which make up melangender. As well as the xenic flag (with a few shade alterations) the purple was added due to purple being a common shade among xenic aligned genders.
