An It/Its Lesbian refers to a lesbian who uses it/its pronouns but is still a woman or woman-aligned. The term is used by women who are wlw (sapphic) and use it/its pronouns. Those pronouns can be exclusive or one can be multipronoun. It is a more specific form of pronoun non-conformity and crosspronoun usage.
Lesbian counterpart to It/Its Gay.
