    Definition

    Gendercurator is a subset of genderhoarder/gendercollector.

    A gendercurator may feel that the specific act of choosing, curating, and organising genders is an important aspect of their gender, as opposed to just having a lot of genders.

    This term was coined with neurodivergent people in mind, but it is not exclusively for neurodivergent people, nor is it a neurogender.

    It may be useful for autistic people with a natural affinity for organising and categorizing things. It may also be useful for any creatives whose passion involves curating in some way (zine editing, collage, DJing, gallery curating etc.) who wish to incorporate it into their gender.

    A gendercurator may group some genders together, or position them with certain thematic intentions as though curating an art exhibition. The genders can be static or fluid, and a fluid gendercurator may view it as periodically changing or updating the exhibition.

    An example of a gendercurator could be;

    • A transmasculine xenogender person who groups their masculine genders together and their xenogenders together to better appreciate them.
    • A fictigender person who curates their genders according to the source material of the associated kintypes.
    • A person with multiple different colorgenders arranging them according to hue.

    These are just some of the kinds of people who gendercurator may apply to. Usage of the term is not limited to these example
