The "Ellis" System
Hello we are an autistic and physically disabled system, and although we all have our own names and pronouns, our system is called Ellis so that's what we go by and generally we go by they/them/their(s)/themself. We sometimes switch between singular and plural language when referring to ourselves, so we apologize for any confusion caused by this. We consider our system to be like a group of individuals who pilot a mech suit, so even when someone different is in control we still are externally identified by a single entity. We currently have 7 well defined alters. Also, we don't feel comfortable sharing the names of two of our more vulnerable littles. We hope you will respect this decision.
Eagle

Eagle is our host so they front the most often. They hold trauma memories and have pretty intense sensory issues.
Ray
- Age: Adult (no clear specific age)
- Gender: Demiboy
- Pronouns: he/they
- Role: Protector and gatekeeper
- Monotone speech
- Special interests: they don't like to think about himself
Ray is known for being outwardly cold and harsh. He doesn't feel emotions very deeply themself, and he tends to assume others are the same. They protect the system by forcing switches to get a more vulnerable alter out of harm’s way and they also antagonise himself to prevent Eagle from hurting themself. He doesn't get along with our other protector because their ideas are so opposite.
Sam
- Age: Adult (at least 25 but uncertain)
- Gender: Demigirl
- Pronouns: she/they
- Role: Protector and caregiver
- Average speaking
- Special interests: music
Sam is hyper empathetic and always tries to make people around them calm and happy. She helps take care of the littles, sometimes singing soothing songs to help us fall asleep. We also play viola, and they like to take over at the most interesting and/or emotional parts of the music.
Kari
- Age: ~9
- Gender: Fuzzymonstergender
- Pronouns: glit/glitter (but glit is still trying some other nounself pronouns and emojiself pronouns)
- Role: Little
- Hypervocal
- Special interests: monsters (especially Monster High)
As a little without trauma memories, Kari acts as a reflection of the childhood we wish we had. Despite not being female or feminine, glit likes to engage in feminine interests (a reflection of how our system was not allowed to be feminine growing up despite being AFAB). Glit tends to be very easily excited, being sensory seeking and liking to stim a lot. While glit doesn't interact with people outside of the system very often, glit likes learning about other people's interests.
Little 2

- Special interests: stuffed animals and bunnies
A little with trauma memories, she is very afraid of the outer world. When she fronts she usually will just squeeze a stuffie and rock back and forth until she gets switched out again. Within the headspace, she likes being with Kari, Sam, and our third little.
Little 3

- Pronouns: he/him
- Role: Little
- Mostly non-speaking
- Special interests: trains, puzzles, building things
This little was formed because of our imposter syndrome surrounding our autism diagnosis. He is a reflection of what autism "looks like." He primarily exists in the headspace, where he spends time with the other littles and Sam.
Vee
- Age: Unknown
- Gender: Voidcollector and Waspgender
- Pronouns: they/it
- Role: Prosecutor
- They speak to the system but not to others
- Special interests: Unknown
Vee is a prosecutor, meaning they actively seek to harm other members of the system. We don't know whether or not it is human (Kari thinks it might be a mermaid). They are somewhat associated with bees and wasps.
Rob
- Age: Ageless
- Gender: Robotgender
- Pronouns: bo/bot
- Role: Unknown
- Speech unknown
- Special interests: Unknown
Currently our newest alter, Rob is a robot and is named after R.O.B., a Nintendo toy and character. We don't know much about bot yet.
