Turigirl (turiagirl, girlgay, gaygirl, vincigirl, florigirl or veldiagirl, girl turian, girl veldian, etc) is an identity for someone who in some way identifies as a girl/woman that is gay for men (turian/vincian/floric/uranian). It can include:
- Someone who is cusper.
- Someone who is cross-aligned (a man-aligned/solarian girl or woman-aligned/lunarian boy)
- A multigender individual or someone who otherwise identifies as male and female simultaneously (girlboy) and feels attraction to men.
- A turiagender/vinciangender woman.
History and Flag
The girlgay flag was designed by deactivated Tumblr user stormymeadowsys on or before July 28, 2021.[1]
The first official usage of turigirl may have be found in a post by Tumblr user blankmogai on July 30, 2021. The turigirl flag was created by the same user on the same date.[2] The term turiagirl had been in usage before this.
The gaygirl flag was designed by Twitter user fairyhoof on August 12, 2021.[3]
A turiagirl flag was coined by Tumblr user dicemogai on October 17, 2021.[4]
