This include (but is not limited to):

    • Someone internally feeling a non-binary gender but prefers to be seen as a binary gender by the majority of people.
    • Someone is AFAB and doesn't feel like a binary trans man but prefers it to being treated as AFAB.
    • A non-binary person feeling unsafe presenting androgynously or neutrally so presents a binary gender.

    History

The term was coined on August 19th, 2022 by u/serromani.

Both flags where made by them on the same day.

The yellow and green stripes represent feeling nonbinary on the inside (as well as white in the version that included it), then transitioning to more traditional binary colors on the outside to represent presenting outwardly more in line with those genders - in order to be perceived as closer to the preferred binary.
