Saturnic is the attraction to androgynous-aligned non-binary people, including androgynes, ambonec people, saturnians, eclipsians, galaxians, celestarians, and other lingender people. One is not attracted to monogender men or women. This orientation is mostly used by non-binary people to describe their attraction without relying on the gender binary but can be used by anyone. The term can be used as a sexuality on its own or can be combined with other orientations.
Similar terms include androgynesexual, ceteramoric, ceterosexual, enbian, enboric, stellaric, and terraric. The feminine equivalent to saturnic is neptunic. The masculine equivalent is uranic.
History
The term and flag were created by Tumblr user arco-pluris on May 19, 2018.[1].
An alternate saturnic flag was created by Twitter user 1832Rebellion on October 31, 2020.[2] The colors of the flag are closer to those of the planet Saturn.
