Quoisonance, or quoisonancy, quoiphoria is a term to describe one who is unsure of ones experience of ones gender sonance, e.g., gender euphoria, dysphoria, incongruence, dissonance and/or dysmorphia.
Quoiphoric may describe the state of one:
- feeling that sonance terms don’t apply to them and/or not identifying oneself as experiencing sonance/-phoric terms
- one whose relationship with phorias/sonancies is complicated/confusing
- an alternative to “questioning”, in order to communicate exhaustion or frustration with searching for a better sonance term for oneself and/or not knowing where one fits on the sonances spectrum
