Not to be confused with Paraboy or Paraboyish.
Paraneoboy is the Neoboy subset of Paragender. Paraneoboy individuals identify mostly as a Neoboy, but not entirely. The Neoboy portion takes up 51-99% of their gender. The other 1-49% can be any gender or combination of genders, but the most commonly reported is Agender. Paraneoboy is similar to Demineoboy, but it is more specific as with Paraneoboy the Neoboy part outweighs any other gender(s).
Its counterpart is Paraneogirl.
