Pan gay is someone who uses both labels pansexual/panromantic/etc. and gay. It inclues pan stellians, pan lunians (pan-lesbians) and pan solians (pan-veldians).
Some reasons why someone might use both of these labels are:
- split attraction model/being varioriented (example: an panromantic homosexual, or an pansexual homoromantic).
- experiencing a fluid orientation (example: an abrosexual that is fluid between being pansexual and homosexual/simulsexual).
- experiencing both orientations simultaneously (example: duosexual).
- having a preference for individuals of the same gender and prioritizing ones attraction to them.
- using gay man as an umbrella label while being pan.
- being part of a system.
- an homoflexible pan man.
