Orgasm-averse is an orgasm stance that describes an individual who is repulsed by the idea of personally engaging in orgasmic activity. The term is commonly used by asexual spectrum individuals, but is not exclusive to this community or sexuality.

Orgasm-averse individuals may find the idea of personally engaging in orgasmic activity undesirable, uninteresting, uncomfortable, or generally unwanted. They do not feel the same way about orgasmic activity that does not involve themselves, and may feel favorable or indifferent towards orgasmic activity as a concept. Orgasm-averse individuals may be fine with or interested in discussing orgasms, telling orgasm jokes, or consuming media related to orgasms.

Some individuals may be repulsed by certain orgasmic acts, while feeling favorable or indifferent towards others. The term orgasm-ambivalent may be used to describe this experience.

Some individuals may be repulsed by certain orgasmic acts due to trauma or exhaustion. The term orgasm-drained may be used to describe this experience.

Orgasm-averse individuals may also identify as antimilo.
