Nominsexual is the attraction to everyone except those who are masculine in nature (MIN) in their gender and/or gender presentation. The genders they are attracted to typically include women, feminine aligned non-binary people, neutral or abinary people, agender people, etc. They are typically not attracted to men and masculine aligned non-binary people.
Some nominsexual people might be attracted to men, so long as they present femininely or androgynously. Similarly a nominsexual person may or may not be attracted to women or non-binary people who present masculinely. The exact limit of "masculine in nature" can be defined by the individual.
Similar terms include neptunic, trixensexual, and nomasexual.
The feminine equivalent to nominsexual is nofinsexual the non-binary equivalent in noninsexual.

Nominsexual was coined by an unknown person on or before October 5, 2015.[1]

The nominsexual flag was created by DeviantArt user Pride-Flags on October 5, 2015. Pink represents femininity. Yellow represents neutrality. Orange is a mix of yellow and pink. A lack of blue represents no masculinity.
Etymology
"Min" stands for "masculine in nature", so the prefix nomin- stands for no masculine in nature.
