Neuvir is a gender that is male or male-aligned, but is entirely neutral, rather than masculine. It can also be described as a someone who is miaspec/maingender, but is ningender, rather than mingender. It only refers to the gender itself and may or may not be related to one's gender presentation.
History and Flag
The terms neulier and neuvir were coined by Tumblr user coiningblog on January 30 2018.[1] The neuvir flag was also created by coiningblog (meanings unknown).
