Neutrandrogyne or neutral androgyne is a terms with two possible definitions. The first refers to an androgyne or otherwise androgynous gendered person whose gender has relatively equal amounts of masculinity and femininity. One does not significantly outweigh the other.
The second definition is a gender that is partially male or masculine, partially female or feminine, and partially neutral. Under the second definition the amounts of masculinity and femininity do not have to be equal.
