Neisex (pronounced nay-sex) is a is a term under the Tubuhive umbrella used to describe an alter within a system that is not female, male, intersex, transsex, altersex, or any other sex within the inner world, while not exactly fitting terms under the teresex umbrella. This includes, but is not limited to...
- A ghost/spirit alter who has no tangible sex traits due to being a ghost.
- A wisp alter who has no tangible sex traits due to being a spirit.
- A deity alter who has no tangible sex traits due to being a deity due to (possibly) having little to no tangible body.
- An alter that is a concept/idea and has no tangible sex traits due to having little to no tangible body.
- An alter that is an animatronic/AI/robot and has no tangible sex traits due to having a body that is not formed to look like a specific sex.
This term is only to be used by those who are system members, and is not to be used by singlets or anyone who is not a system. One with this lack of sex may identify as neigender as well.
History
This term was coined by Cryptocrew, specifically Artemis, on May 3rd of 2021 to counterpart similar terms.
