Also shortened to 'evon', a non-binary person whose non-binary gender fades in and out to the point of being in a genderless/agenrine state, like in the water cycle. It is also known as 'evenby', and is a sub label of evagender.
History
The term was coined by tumblr user nonbiarrow on July 3rd 2021, with the flag created on the same date by the same person.[1]

The black respresents the genderless/agenrine state as the person’s gender has faded away, the fading yellows show the non-binary gender evaporating up into the sky and then coming back up through the ground like in the water cycle.
