Disakoisexual (pronounced dis-a-koi-sex-u-al) is an orientation on the asexual spectrum. Someone who is disakoisexual may experience the desire to feel sexual attraction from someone else onto themselves, but are unable to reciprocate it due to only being able to experience a different form of attraction, being sex-repulsed, or being asexual in general. This does not mean that they cannot be in a sexual relationship with said person(s).
Common experiences include:
- Fantasizing about being in a sexual relationship with someone, but when presented with someone who likes them in that way, are unable to give back those sexual feelings (though they may still feel aesthetic/physical/sensual attraction to them).
