The length of gender expression varies: It could last for only a fleeting moment or for several years, and there is no limit to the genders that are experienced, though frequently they are fae/monster/xeno based expressions.
It feels like stumbling and crashing through from one gender to the next, with potential peaceful periods in-between.
I go by Schmeephilis online, I felt the need to create this identity after realizing I misunderstood Gendervast and couldn't find a term that fit my experience. I feel my identity tends to lean more towards a feminine expression, frequently androgynous, very rarely or very slightly masculine sometimes. I'm diagnosed with ADHD, cPTSD and PMDD. I believe Chaoxflux could be experienced by people with different neurodivergencies, but the most chaotic fluctuation in my gender seem to happen at the height of my hormone sensitivity from the PMDD, or when i'm struggling with my mental health.
