COGAP is a conformant acronym standing for Centered Orientations, Gender Alignments, and Perisex, an umbrella term used to describe individuals who are monogamous, heterosexual, allosexual, monosexual, perioriented (heteroromantic, alloromantic, monoromantic), cisgender, monogender, suptilian (kymenian, diastimian), suptilic (kymenic, diastimic), and endosex (all at the same time) describing someone who is not MOGAI (or MGSROI).

Gender alignment was meant to represent gender modalities. With centered as opposed to marginalized. Orientation includes both sexual and romantic orientations.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4] COGAP groups dyadics with cishets and other queern't individuals.
