Boyfluid, also known as manfluid, guyfluid, fluid male or genderfluid boy/man/male, is a type of genderfluidity where one changes between male, neutral, androgynous, and genderless identities.
Their gender can change at random or it may vary in response to different circumstances and with different intensities, but it never encompasses female genders.
