Biaesthetic (aka Bi-aesthetic, Bias) is a subset of bisexual and is the sexual/romantic attraction to all genders, but the aesthetic attraction to two or more presentations. For example, a biasthetic person could be attracted to a person of any gender but only if the person is feminine and/or androgynous presenting. Biaesthetic can be seen as a mixture of omnisexual and bisexual. A biaesthetic can also refer to a person who is omnisexual with heavy preferences but feels dysphoric calling themselves omnisexual.
A biaesthetic person can:
- Be in any type of relationship with any gender
- Be attracted to any gender presentation
- Be in a relationship with somebody who frequently changes their presentation

The term biaesthetic was coined on the 16th of June, 2021 by FANDOM user DistinctiveSoy and was added to the LGBTA wiki two days later.
