Autipoly is an orientation on the multisexual spectrum which can only be understood in the context of being on the autism spectrum, when one's autism greatly affects one's polysexuality. Autipoly is not autism as a sexual orientation, but rather an m-spec identity that is so heavily influenced by autism that one's autism and one's polysexuality cannot be unlinked. Not all autistic polysexual people identify as autipoly, only those whose polysexuality is influenced by them being autistic. Autipoly is an exclusive identity only to be used by people on the autism spectrum.
