Autipoly or autiply is an orientation on the multisexual spectrum under the autiorientation umbrella which can only be understood in the context of being autistic, when one's autism greatly affects one's polysexuality. Autipoly is not autism as a sexual orientation, but rather an m-spec identity that is so heavily influenced by autism that one's autism and one's polysexuality cannot be unlinked. Not all autistic polysexual people identify as autipoly, only those whose polysexuality is influenced by them being autistic. Autipoly is an exclusive identity only to be used by autistic individuals.

Autipoly has been coined on June 14, 2021 by Tumblr user themogaidragon.[1]
