Autifein is a neurogender exclusive to autistic people. It can be described as a female gender through a genderless lens. Someone who is autifein may feel female while also having a disconnect from gender all together due to neurodivergence.
It is not inherently non-binary, as some autifein may still feel like a binary cis or trans female despite the disconnect. Others may also identify with labels such as autigirl, girl+, agender woman, or demigirl.
The masculine version is autimain.
