Arroyan is a gender in the Aecor System in which ones gender feels like a small creek or stream. This could be a xenogender in which ones gender is connected to or influenced by streams, or it could be considered a form of multigender in which one feels faunagenders or kingenders related to the stream ecosystem. These include buggender, lizardgender, froggender, ichthyogender, and more. Arroyan mray also be a genderfluid identity, in which ones gender feels like a constantly trickling stream. It is very similar to rion, except that rion is more vast and feels larger than arroyan. An arroyan person may only identify with a few non-xenic genders that they fluctuate between, while a lochen person may identify with more.
Etymology
Arroyan comes from the Spanish word for stream, arroyo.
