    The aromantic spectrum refers to the umbrella of aromanticism and other identities closely related to aromanticism. People on the aromantic spectrum may be refered to as "aro" for short.

    Aros can have any sexual orientation, including asexual or allosexual identities, or may not identify with any sexuality at all.

    The word alloromantic describes people who are not on the aromantic spectrum.
