Wifgender is another word for female, binary women, girl, or gal. It is a simpler way to refer to all people who are binary female, or very close to binary female. Some people prefer to identify as "girl" or "gal" over "women", or vice verse. Wifgender gives the language to talk about all these people together.
History
Wifgender was coin on August 21, 2018 by Acro-plurist on Tumblr.[1] The word comes from the Middle English word wifman meaning "woman".
