Vixenamoric is a term for strictly women loving women. It was coined by Twitter users @ssapphrodite and @viixenyy to "distance lesbians attracted exclusively to femininity from non-binary, he/him and they/them lesbians"^[1], though this is inherently exclusionary and implies those groups aren't lesbians.^[2] This is because they believe that pronounce equal gender, even though there are many languages that lack gender-specific pronouns and the extensive historical evidence of lesbians who do not use she/her pronouns due to the complicated relationship with womanhood lesbians have because womanhood has been strictly defined in relation to men. Some have attempted to reclaim the term to refer to lesbians attracted to those who are exclusively female.

The vixenamoric flag was stolen from Twitter user @yourfavevorereles who created this for vore lesbians. These are lesbians who have a fetish in which one has an "erotic desire or sexual fantasy to be consumed or to consume another." ^[3] The creator of the vore lesbian flag does not approve of it's appropriation by vixenamorics, and is accepting of nonbinary, he/him, and they/them lesbians. ^[4] ^[5] ^[6]
