Greetings

Hello. We are The Spiral. We are a queer, traumagenic DID collective. We enjoy being referred to as one entity of multiple people, so while we may refer to ourselves as one person from time to time, please keep in mind that you should use our names and pronouns when they are given.

This wiki is a safe space for us where we come to hang out and work on pages. Formerly, we were sysops, however we resigned due to our mental health, and are now content mods.

If you'd like to talk, you can message us on our message wall. We're open to conversation however we do struggle with refreshing our message wall and having full on conversations so we apologize if our conversations are not the longest or most in depth!

Kostya is Asatru, Victoria is an Eclectic pagan, and Justin, Alexis, and Alfred are Christians.
Many of us are alterhuman.
Alexis can't read and is very shy.
Rollin is mute and hard of hearing.
Kostya has integrated with a former headmate named Lilliana.
Deirdre occasionally uses a typing quirk where he replaces "o" with "0".
We are two-spirit.
We are covert, meaning it is hard to tell when a switch has happened unless we've told you.
We are partially bilingual, as we are at an intermediate level in russian, we are also learning German.
Sometimes members fall back into fragments.

Do not interact if...

You are a transmed.
You believe some peoples trauma is "worse than others".
You believe psychiatric disabilities are not disabilities.
You use terms such as "Narcissist" "Psycho" and "Sociopath" in the wrong ways.
You support any form of non-consensual contact and/or violence.
You do not support neopronouns.
You fakeclaim.
You are a system exclusionist.
You are anti-alterhuman.
You use slurs you can not reclaim.
You will shame people based on their hyperfixations.
You blame those with vulgar/slur tics for their tics.
You think white passing POC are not POC and/or can not experience racial trauma.
You believe "queer" is a slur and shouldn't be used.
You believe aspec individuals are broken or damaged.
You slut-shame.
You are anti sex-work.
You support ALM.
You are an anti-vaxxer/ anti-masker.
You are anti-antifa (Because if you are you have no idea what antifa actually means)

Boundaries

Do not ask us about our triggers unless we explicitly say it is okay. We are formed exclusively from trauma, and discussion of our triggers can cause flashbacks, panic attacks, and dissociation.
Do not interact with us if you are currently age regressed, or are a system little, particularly if you use "baby talk" (ex: speaking wike dis). We aren't against you, but childlike behaviors can be triggering for us in some cases, and we'd prefer not to interact with someone at the mental age of a child.
Use the term "headmate" for us instead of "alter". While we may reclaim the term alter and use it for ourselves, we are not comfortable with other people calling us "alters" and would prefer others call us headmates.
Never act sexual towards us if we are not partners, and even then, do not act sexual if we haven't said it's okay, especially when other people are around.
Do not mention the user NyxIsSus around us at all. They were extremely harmful to our mental health. We do not state our triggers online, however Nyx did heavily trigger us with their actions, and by proxy became a trigger themself. Minimal mentions of them are okay, but we'd prefer no mentions at all.
Do not ask us about our medical history and/or diagnosis status for anything. We do not share our DX status online as we feel that it is private information that people should not be entitled to knowing.
Do not vent to us without asking. Especially heavy vents.
Do not ask us to pick sides in situations where we are close with both parties.
Do not discuss queer discourse with us.
