system structure:
we have a small section of alters called "active alters" meaning alters who, typically, in a month, front more than thrice (not specifically three times, but typically)

inactive alters are alters that mainly reside in the innerworld or just not fronting but are not dormant, these are any alters that are not dormant or active
dormant alters- alters who cannot be contacted, are unreachable, and have not fronted in a while- we can tell whether they are just inactive or whether they are dormant because of "vibes" i guess
