Transmascfem or Transfemmasc is a person who is both transfeminine and transmasculine, as a result of being unassigned at birth, AXAB, or intersex.[1] It refers to someone who is intersex and identifies as a woman or another gender(s) with significant amounts of femininity, and identifies as a man or another gender(s) with significant amounts of masculinity. These genders may be experienced fluidly or simultaneously. One may also identity as an androgynous gender/a gender in between male and female or masculine and feminine.

The alternate and remade Transmascfem flags were made by tumblr user kenochoric on December 24, 2021.[2]
The Transfemmemasc flags were made by reddit user WrongComparison on Apr 12, 2021. The flags were made by combining two complementary Transfemme and Transmasc flag designs, and putting a purple stripe in the middle to signify being both femme and masc at the same time.[3]
