Transhet or transhetero is a term/descriptor of transgender individuals who are straight/heterosexual and/or heteroromantic. This includes trans women exclusively attracted to men, and trans men exclusively attracted to women[1][2]. It also includes non-binary people who label themselves as straight/hetero-.
History
The term "transhet" appears to have been originally coined by Tumblr user beyond-mogai-pride-flags on July 23rd of 2019, and have been used amongst the community since.
Flag
The first two transhet flags were coined by Tumblr user beyond-mogai-pride-flags on July 23rd of 2019. The third transhet flag was coined by Tumblr user RainbowPrincette and posted through blog Tumblr user transhetlove in 2020, while the rest of the flags were coined by users among this wiki.
