The flag's color meanings are as follows (top to bottom): bright magenta represents rem sleep, relaxation and dreams. vivid lavender represents stage 3 non rem sleep, comfort and peace. vibrant lavender represents stage 2 non rem sleep, counting sheep and soft blankets. Blue periwinkle represents stage 1 non rem sleep, soft pillows and stuffed animals. Icy blue represents sleepiness, nighttime routine and getting under the covers.
