Romantically abstainer is a label that describes those who practice romantic abstinence. Romantic abstention means abstaining from romantic love, for any reason. Romantically abstainers are not necessarily romanceless, as one can still show romantic traits.
The sexual equivalent is Sexually Abstainer.
