Prezgender is a xenogender in which one has a gender that activates, fluctuates, or changes when one recieves gifts or presents from others. However, it may also 'turn on' and 'turn off' when one recieves a gift. For example, a prezboy may find recieving a gift to be their 'trigger,' and they may remain feeling like a boy until they recieve a gift once again.
