The Phobia System is a gender system of xenogenders that can be described or connected to a specific phobia. Genders in the Phobia System can be connected to any type of phobia although the gender can be caused by the phobia one is suffering from. One could identify as one of these genders, or be fluid between all genders. Genders in the Phobia System can include genders that feel like a phobia, genders that are only fully present when one is triggered, or a gender affected/influenced by by a phobia.

Phobiagender is another term similar to the genders in this system, except phobiagender is exclusive to neurodivergent individuals or trauma survivors.
