Pencontrasexual refers to the attraction to all gender except one's opposite. While for some gender identities what the opposite might be obvious, what stands for the opposite is up to the pencontrasexual. Their feeling of what is opposite of their own identity is the only guide to go by. Anyone who feels the definition fits them can use this identity.

The term was coined on February 7th, 2021 by FANDOM user TsukihiTatsu[1] as an opposite term to Penultisexual.
Etymology
The name is a combination of two latin words. Paene meaning 'very close to' as in almost and contra meaning 'opposite'.
Flag
The flag was designed by TsukihiTatsu on February 8th, 2021. The off-white circle and off-black stripe dividing it off from the other stripes represents the opposites that will never come in contact like the attraction that will never be. The stripes are all 'opposites' of each other on the colour wheel while also lining up with common symbolism to feminine, masculine, non-binary, and xenine genders.
