Ovotesticular or Ambigonadal (or Bigonadal) is an intersex bodily variation similar to ambiguous genitalia but with gonads. It's also known as true hermaphroditism, true gonadal intersex and ovotesticular disorder of sex development (OT-DSD), in which an individual is born with ovarian and testicular tissue.
