Noninsexual is the attraction to all genders except those which are neutral/non-binary in nature (NIN). "Neutral in nature" includes people who are non-binary, neutrois, agender, androgyne, and anyone else whose gender or gender presentation is neutral, androgynous, or in any other way not fully male or female. The genders they are attracted to are binary men, binary women, feminine aligned non-binary people, and masculine aligned non-binary people. Some noninsexual people might not be attracted to binary men or women if they present androgynous, though it depends on the person. The term was made with non-binary people in mind but binary people can use it. Noninsexual people may or may not be attracted to people who are partially a binary gender, such as demigirls or demiboys.
The feminine equivalent to noninsexual is nofinsexual. The masculine equivalent is nominsexual.
