Noiralbaean is a gender in the Scene System that can be described as, ¨a gender that feels like a faded, black-and-white photograph¨. It is rough to the touch, alive with memories available only to the binds of time, yet that is precisely what makes it so memorable. Faded but brighter than ever, darker than the forgotten but lighter than the moonlight, as it slips in and out of time.

Noiralbaean was coined by Fandom user Reign of the breadsticcs in early April of 2021.

Etymology

Noiralbaean comes from the French word for black, "noir", and the Latin word for white, "alba".
