Nixic or Nixgender is an umbrella of genders that, under the proximal identities system, are comprised of both genderless aspects and gendered/aligned aspects. This may manifest as identifying as partially as a gender. These gendered aspects can be experienced simultaneously, fluidly, or through fluctuations.
Nixic identities are often used by those who feel simultaneously connected and disconnected from their gender. As well as those who have difficulty distinguishing their alignment from their gender.
