Ninauh-oskitsi-pahpyaki is gender under the Two Spirit umbrella. It's a gender in the Blackfoot tribe. Like all cultural gender it has no western equalivant.
Ninauh-oskitsi-pahpyaki translates to "manly-hearted woman" and could be considered transmasculine. They took various roles in society such as having female partners, dressing like men and going to war.
