Neugender refers to a comgender neutrois identity. It is a fully gendered feeling that is attached to gender neutrality. It is not gender-blindness, genderlessness, gender indifference, or gender-free, as neutral genders as sometimes described.
It can be combined with any other gender (except agender) to make a mixture of that gender and neutrois.[1]
