Neoncoric is a coric gender in which ones gender is connected to the neoncore, glowwave, or neon grunge aesthetic in some way. It invokes imagery of things like glow sticks, lasers, things that glow in the dark, glow under a blacklight, or neon colors, typically with some psychedelic imagery.

History

The term and flag were was created on December 22nd, 2020 by Reddit user u/JustAFictionNerd on r/lgballt.^[1]
