Natiogender is the gender of people who associate themselves with a particular ethnic group, nation or state. One who is natiogender would be affected by their own nationality, ethnic group, state, etc. The reason for this is that identifying with another nationality is considered offensive. For example, an italian can identify as Italygender, Italyboy, Italygirl, Italyperson, etc.
